Carstar Roberts Collision is awesome. They texted me when there were updates on my car repair. I have never had a car detailed when the work was completed. They were very friendly. Maria went out of her way to be helpful. I will let friends know that Carstar Roberts Collesion is the BEST place to take your vehicle. I am so grateful that I went there!!!

My experience couldn’t have been better. I was informed each day by text where my car was, in the process. I was treated very respectfully and was even given a shuttle lift to collect my car when it was finished. The car looks beautiful and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend this business.

My car looks wonderful. I am impressed that you even fixed my iconic license plate which I was told could not be repaired. It is very old. It belonged to my late husband who was director of Moss Landing Marine Laboratories. The plate MLML1 looks new. This was a five star job. There is still a rattle you said you could not figure out. Outstanding service from start to finish. They did all the coordination with my insurer and Matt, my estimator, went above and beyond in getting the work completed by a date that allowed for easy pick up. The staff were all genuinely pleasant and helpful. I also appreciated shuttle/ride share service.

I recieved my car in superb condition. My service adviser, Ruben Hernandez was very helpful andvdetail oriented. It had a perfect paint match after the repair. All of the emblems were put back on evenly. The car was buffed out and shiny. I had a problem with the rear spoiler and it was taken care of. I was also happy that ithe interior was cleaned thouroughly. I will definitely come here again. Highly recomenndable.
