Outstanding work and customer service from the Robert’s team! They produced my daughter’s car after her accident in tip top shape. The service I received at Robert was highly thoughtful, communicative, professionally executed, and absolutely in support of my unusual life circumstances. I was leaving for Italy and wanted to work to be done while I was gone. Then I needed to be picked up at the airport upon my return instead of at my home. I made this request and they consented. I give them high marks all the way around.

Thank you CARSTAR for the great service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately and helped. Waited maybe 5 minutes if not less for the adjuster (Siobhan Scott) assigned to my vehicle. Very friendly and cordial, she explained step by step repairs and parts that would be ordered. Thank You for making my unexpected repairs a smooth and quick process. Very much appreciate the great customer service.

Quick and easy service! Very impressed with the customer service, and short turn around. My car is 18 yrs old! They found the part, and got my car back to me in a timely manner. They also washed my car! What a nice surprise.

You are all real pros! Your service was impeccable and the results were perfect. I would like to give kudos to Matt, who was so helpful in explaing all the process to me, including the rental car! He was a great communicator and kept me apprised of the status and timing. Everyone else were also wonderful and super helpful! I have already told my friends about you! Thank you.
