I used this business because it was an AAA recommended location. When I first went in, the person who checked it put and gave me a quote was friendly and knowledgeable, she assured me that she would call me with a time to set up the date for me to drop it off by that night or the next day. I never received a call back. About 6 months later I finally realized how long it had been and called them back. I found out that the person I talked with previously was no longer there. The new person I talked to ordered the parts, and set up an appointment with me with in a couple of hours of when I first called. They got me scheduled and fixed the car in a reasonable amount of time. When I got it back they'd done an amazing job, and they had detailed the I inside and outside as well. I am very happy my car looks brand new again! Whenever I went into the building everyone was friendly and happy to help. They even work closely with Enterprise so you can get picked up and taken to the rental car company, to get your car. When you pick up your car, you can actually leave your rental with them for Enterprise to come and get. It made dealing with an extra car much easier. Carstar also included a small sample of the paint they used on my car, so I can do touch ups if my paint gets dinged. The first experience wasn't very good. But the second time was much better.
