After getting estimates for repair cost and time, I was told that Robert's wouldn't do the work after the car was declared to be totaled by my insurer. After a conversation with Linda, the estimator, in which she explained what the issue was, ie, the real cost to repair might be somewhat higher than that reported to my insurer to which I replied I wouldn't mind some additional cost - December 2021 was the worst possible time to have to buy a car - she told me that she would consult with her boss and if the wheel alignment was OK, they would go ahead and do the repair. It took a little more time to get my car back than the original estimate but it cost a little less than Linda's estimate of the additional cost. Robert's did excellent work at a reasonable cost. I recommend them highly.
