I could not have asked for a more professional, straight forward, and thorough body shop experience, from initial greeting to car pick-up. The office staff is attentive and courteous, and Kevin, our estimator, could teach a class in how to be a consummate pro. Never thought a body shop experience could be THIS good! My 7 year old Volvo XC60 had a run in with a deer on a dark road a few weeks ago. The body damage to the driver’s side was extensive. Additionally I had a second smaller insurance claim regarding a hit and run on the other side. They took my car in immediately, arranged for my rental car through my insurance. The work was flawless. The car now looks like it’s almost new. Plus the second claim turned out to be repairable with a buffer which they did for free. I was kept informed on every step of the way with excellent texts. Pick up included rental car drop off on site. It’s never been easier or better.
