George worked with my daughter every step of the way after she was hit by someone. It was her first accident and she was away in college. He walked her through everything from insurance to repairs, showed her the car visually to help explain technical terms, and called often to update her through the repairs. The entire team worked with her school and work schedule to get her car back in a timely fashion and within her time table. I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to understand mechanics or just wants a great shop to repair your vehicle. She drives a 2008 BMW 328i. Thank you guys for the great service and taking care of my daughter!

Worked w/Matt who was exceptional in the service he gave me, as well as thorough in handling all our needs by contacting the responsible party's insurance and making sure to accommodate us w/ a rental and prompt repair of our vehicle. He included factory direct parts instead of refurbished which I greatly appreciated. All went as we hoped and I'm on the road again! Thanks So Much Matt!
