I'm from out of state and my front-end was damaged by a car backing into me. I got one bid from a repair company & I was not impressed. Repair done in basically a shed and open carports. Geico referred me to Robert's. Thinking that out-of-staters would not get the best of service I was impressed by the by the clean, modern shop and the professionalism of all the staff from the front desk to my estimator Andy and his protege, Ricky. I have never been treated so well and made very comfortable by their expertise. Andy & Ricky took full ownership of my job, followed-up several times with phone calls and met their completion time. They kept their employees overtime to insure that I would get my car. I was also very impressed by their team approach instilled in their high work ethic. The receptionist even went to join Ricky and others in the shop after hours to help get my car finished. Terrific service, Many Thanks, my car looks like new.
