I love this place, they have been servicing my car for years. This last time, I called in- day of, needing an appointment and they fit me in no problem. They had me in and out within an hour, they always make fresh coffee for me and are super friendly. I like going to a place that remembers me and that I can trust.

Excellent customer service experience and top quality repairs. Their estimate for cost and time of repairs were true and my car was ready as promised. I received text updates about the progress the repairs. I would definitely return if/when I need work done on my car. I recommend them highly.

My car was backed into its side area by a big truck. I took my car to Robert's collision & Repair. Robert's repaired my automobile perfectly. They color matched the paint well. The quality of the work was great. I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and excellent work done. I also was impressed that they have a car rental right there in the shop, and a new car was immediately ready to get into. Soon after, Robert's called me to make sure that I am happy and satisfied with the work performed..I will definitely bring all of my work to Roberts Collision & repair in Monterey in the future. After being having another car collide with the back bumper of my SUV, Geico had my vehicle towed to this place. I had never herd of them until my insurance company said that is where the repairs would be done. The damage didn't appear to be too bad from the looks of it, but they took a really good look at the whole vehicle. There ended up being almost 5 grand in damages. They gave me an estimate showing exactly what was damaged and what they were going to repair with details on the price of each part and estimated labor time. They had my baby for two weeks. Everyday I would receive a text message on how the vehicle was doing, the progress they had done and estimated date and time it would be ready for pick up. They actually ended up being done sooner than thought and sent me a text saying I could come get my vehicle. I left the rental car there when I picked up my vehicle and they had the rental car taken back to Enterprise. They even let me come get something that I had left in the car that I needed. The front desk staff was extremely kind and courteous to me. When I picked my car up she was beautiful. All the little scratches that were there prior to the accident were gone. It looked very clean and shiny. One couldn't even tell that my car had been in an accident. I will definitely be taking my car here if it is needed. They made the whole experience of being in an accident better.
