I was involved in collision accidents twice and both times were sent by insurance company to Robert's. Their service were excellent both times. First time they fixed my bumper damage on time as scheduled. Thanks to their great job, it looked like a brand new car! This time, I was involved in an accident in which the other party takes 100% liability but somehow in the middle of the process, the other insurance company delayed their deposit. Maria worked with me and guided me through the whole process including car rental related issues. Excellent customer service! And this time not only my car was fixed like new again, I got it back earlier than expected! I'd rate Robert's 5/5 and definitely recommend you to choose Robert's if your insurance company asks you whether you have a local preference.

The driver's side door and fender got messed up on our Jeep and we needed it fixed ASAP! The jeep was also having some issues with fluids leaking that needed to be taken care of as well. After some looking around we decided to check out Robert's because they did both auto body and mechanical work and are close to us. Matt helped us out with the body damage quote and asked one of their mechanics a question to help him with the quote. Almost immediately the mechanic spotted the issue with the water pump and this was before I even had a chance to tell them about the mechanical issues. The repairs took about a week and a half which was right in line with how long they said it would take. They also got me a good price on a rental car! I had the work done in Sept and wanted to wait a few months before posting this review to make sure the work held out as I've had issues in the past with other shops. Well Dec. just started and we still couldn't be more happy. We will be using Robert's for any other issues we have in the future.

I have been taking my pick up truck for maintenance to Robert's over four years. Their service has been impeccable. I recently traded in my pick up truck for a Mini Cooper. A week after I got my mini, something hit its hood and chipped paint off. As I knew Robert is the best on the peninsula, I took it in without looking for other shops. As I expected repair was flawless and fast! Stuff are all friendly and care for your car as their own. I highly recommend Robert's for both regular maintenance and repair from unfortunate accident.

I was referred to Robert's by an insurance company. I was driving on the freeway and I was rear-ended by a Geico policy holder. I was fortunate enough to have a very painless process while dealing with Roberts's. They took care of everything. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and secure. Michelle, the adjuster, was amazing. She gave me accurate time lines of when my car would be fixed and made sure my rental situation was taken care of. I really appreciate the staff at Robert's because they were able to take a really bad situation for me and make it OK. Michelle even cut me a check for a new car seat while I was siting there. Very nice, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend.

Me and my wife both took our truck and SUV after they had been hit by someone else.My truck had some side damage and the insurance tool care of everything, the front desk person was nice and the manager came out and looked at the damage and wrote me a quote, easy. They took my truck, drove me to enterprise down the road and made sure I got a rental car. 5 days later my truck was done and there were no problems. They detailed the inside and was very happy with the service.My wife's SUV went in the shop on 7th of October, got a rental car for her. It only took 2 days to fix, cleaned the inside and outside, the only problem she had was the inside area to do paper work was really loud because they are remodeling. Overall we are both very satisfied.
