Roberts Auto Repair was the best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. After getting rear-ended by an uninsured motorist who fled the scene, my insurance suggested Roberts (though I was free to use any shop I wanted) to replace and paint a new rear bumper. I brought my car in to Roberts on Thursday morning at 8AM and it was done by 10AM the next morning. In addition, they gave me a ride to and from the auto shop and detailed my car both inside and out. The shop itself is a big bay with lots of mechanics running around doing their thing...kind of like a well-oiled machine. The employees were courteous and efficient. Repair costs were either at or below other estimates. As for the work, so far so good.
