I got into an accident in my Jeep, smashed up the front left corner, put a hole through the radiator, the works. When I called Geico they asked where I wanted to get the work done, and since I didn't know they recommended I take it here. Overall I am very happy with what was done. The car actually runs better now than it did before the accident, which my husband hates because he said it is rewarding my bad behaviour. Like I crashed on purpose, right. Anyways, I had to minus one star because it took longer than they said it would and when I got it back they had forgotten to order a new grill to put on. They were good about that though, ordered it and installed it as soon as it came. Also, they said that they had to replace part of the frame because it was bent? It's a Jeep! A friend rolled his Jeep no problem but I get in a less than 15 mph accident and it has to be replaced? I didn't fight it because it was going on the insurance anyways (and to back up Robert's the adjuster didn't fight it) but it seemed a little weird. In all, if I ever get in another accident I would take it back here no problem.
